5 stars just for our server Ayana. Went there for a birthday dinner for a party of 10. She was energetic, friendly, and so attentive. She made the experience, in a touristy chain, in the middle of Times Square, on a hectic Saturday night, a good experience. Kudos to Ayana! I even called that hotline to finish a painful survey just for her. She deserves a promotion!
02/22/2017We had our son't 8th birthday there which went over amazing! We had the glass-walled room next to the big game room so everybody could run in and out. The hosts set up sodas for the kids (sprite, lemonade, water) which they consumed lots of and kids food (burgers, fries, chix nuggets) at their own separate table. It was easy to set up, easy to pay for, and everything went perfect. The parents were happy, the kids were happy. It can get busy there, with both parents and kids, of all demographics, locals and tourist. For anybody looking to have a kids birthday party there, I wholly recommend it.
